Every order starts with your date and your palette. Brûlée is torched to order, tres leches comes in eight flavors, and every table is built on site with white plinths, glass shooters, fresh florals and candlelight. From rustic barns to rooftop pools, the goal is the same: a table guests photograph before they taste it, and desserts they come back for.
